We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts if we believe they are creating problems, consuming excessive resources, creating possible legal liabilities, engaging in fraudulent activities, abusing other services, or otherwise acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
Creating multiple accounts on other sites using different E4ward aliases — either directly or via catchall — is prohibited. This includes banking, social media, auction, gaming, and coupon or contest sites.
Such actions could harm E4ward's reputation and lead to the abused site blacklisting us. Because major email providers like Gmail and Microsoft consult these blacklists, a single abuser can potentially block mail from E4ward for all users.
To mitigate this risk, we may impose account restrictions or suspend accounts.
Forwarding addresses (inbox addresses) are subject to approval.
Guest accounts that have not been logged into or transferred any mail for 6 months are subject to removal.
Please do not register for multiple free (guest) accounts without approval. Email confirmations for multiple accounts will not be honored. A paid account does not count as a second account.
To register under a different name, you may delete your current account first. To rename your account, please contact us.
Account names are subject to approval. When you sign up, you are being granted use of a subdomain of e4ward.com. Please do not choose a name that matches or implies a trademark, company, or product name (e.g. paypal, ebay10, microsoft).
Avoid usernames that sound like a system or email function (e.g. server, mailserver, junkmail, admin, send, receive, smtp, backup, mailbox, outbox, inbox, test1). Do not use obscenities.
Accessing the website via a script or bot will result in suspension.
Reselling or sharing accounts is prohibited without approval.
You agree not to use E4ward to send or cause to be sent material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
E4ward has zero tolerance for spam. Our servers may not be used as the source, intermediary, or destination for spam. Using the service to send spam to anyone — including yourself — is prohibited. Using an E4ward alias as the contact address for spam mailings is prohibited.
E4ward is provided "as is" and you use it at your sole risk. E4ward expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. E4ward makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
E4ward shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or the inability to use the service.
